Sirloin steak, cubed12 oz
Russet potatoes, cut into thin wedges2 medium
Beef tallow4 tbsp
Butter2 tbsp
Garlic, minced4 cloves
Salt and black pepper1 to taste

Method

Soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 15 minutes, then drain and dry them thoroughly with paper towels.
