Ground beef (80/20)400 g
Eggs4 large
Butter30 g
Cheddar cheese, shredded60 g
Salt and black pepper1 pinch
Dried parsley1 tsp

Method

Place a skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef.

Cook the beef until it is completely browned, using a spatula to break it into small pieces.

Season the beef with salt and pepper, then push the meat to one side of the skillet.

Add the butter to the empty side of the skillet and let it melt.

Crack the eggs into the melted butter and stir them gently until they are scrambled and mostly cooked.

Mix the eggs and beef together, sprinkle the cheddar cheese and dried parsley over the top, cover with a lid for one minute to melt the cheese, and serve.
