Bacon4 slices
Cheddar cheese (shredded)60 g
Avocado oil mayonnaise3 tbsp
Yellow mustard1 tbsp
Dill pickle (diced)30 g

Method

Cook the bacon slices in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon, crumble it, and set it aside. Keep the rendered bacon fat in the skillet.

Add the ground beef to the hot skillet with the bacon fat. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook, breaking the meat up with a spatula, until fully browned and cooked through, about 6 to 8 minutes.
