Ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes250 g
Butter, melted15 g
Coarse sea salt1 tsp

Method

Toss the cubed ribeye with the melted butter and half of the sea salt in a small bowl until well coated.

Grease a small, oven-safe ramekin or dish with the softened butter. Crack the eggs directly into the dish and sprinkle with the remaining sea salt.

Preheat your air fryer to 400F. Place the egg ramekin into the basket and cook for 3 minutes. Slide the basket out, add the seasoned steak bites in a single layer around the ramekin, and cook everything for an additional 5 minutes until the steak is browned and the egg whites are fully set. Transfer to a shallow bowl and enjoy immediately.
