Skinless salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch cubes200 g
Bacon, thinly sliced3 strips
Sea salt0.5 tsp
Soft Cooked Eggs

Method

Salmon Bites

Wrap each cube of salmon tightly with a half-slice of bacon. Season the outside of the wraps lightly with sea salt.

Grease a small air-fryer-safe dish with the ghee and crack the eggs into it.

Preheat the air fryer to 390F. Place the bacon-wrapped salmon bites in the basket and cook for 4 minutes. Open the basket, add the dish with the eggs next to the salmon, and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the egg yolks are warm but still soft. Serve together on a warm plate.
