At KetovoreApp, we believe your health and dietary data belong exclusively to you. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how you keep total control of your personal data. By using KetovoreApp, you agree to the terms below.
Your data is yours
Absolute ownership. Any food logs, biometric measurements, health goals, weight tracking, or personal data you enter belongs entirely to you.
No selling of identifiable or health data. We will never sell, rent, or lease your personally identifiable information or health data to third parties, advertisers, or data brokers. Your personal health journey is your business alone.
What we collect (and why)
Account information. Your email and login credentials — used purely to secure your account and sync your data across devices.
App data. Food logs, meal entries, macros, and biometric inputs — used strictly to calculate your metrics and display your progress.
Technical telemetry. Crash logs, device type, and performance metrics — used solely to diagnose bugs and improve stability.
Take your data with you
Because your data is yours, you can export a full copy of your logged history at any time through the App’s settings, or by contacting support. We provide it in a standard, machine-readable format (CSV or JSON) so you can use it however you see fit.
Deleting your account & the 30-day window
30-day grace period. When you request deletion, your account is immediately deactivated and hidden. Your data is held in a secure, dormant state for thirty (30) days — reopen anytime within that window by logging back in or contacting support, and your data is fully restored.
Permanent deletion. If you don’t reopen within 30 days, your account, food logs, biometric data, and personal details are permanently and irreversibly deleted from our active servers.
Backups are overwritten on a rolling cycle; once permanent deletion occurs, your data cannot be recovered by you or by KetovoreApp.
Analytics
The App uses routine usage analytics and telemetry to improve performance and fix issues, as outlined in our User Agreement.
United States jurisdiction only
KetovoreApp is operated from the United States and governed by US law. We do not target, track, or market to residents of the EU and do not operate under GDPR frameworks. By using the App, you consent to the storage and processing of your data within the United States.
