I just Googled it... "Yes, Lucerne cottage cheese does contain carrageenan. It is used as a thickening and stabilizing agent across their various product lines, including the standard 4% Small Curd, 2% Lowfat, and Fat Free varieties." I wonder what that ingredient will do to my gut, weight loss progress. Hmm.

Welp, I guess I better remember to read all labels! Just found out that Daisy and Good Culture brands are cleanest. I don't know what a leaky gut feels like, but I'd rather no longer run the risk! Thanks Admin, for the heads up!
